Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation via email. Shipping confirmation will contain your order tracking information. Orders are estimated to arrive approximately two (2) to seven (7) business days after they have been shipped. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.

All shipping originates from our Print Supply Partners based on the preferred rate of FedEx or UPS. All customers will be provided with a tracking number.

@Baller_Gear ships from coast-to-coast in Canada – each of the 10 provinces and three (3) territories – in addition to the continental United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories.

@Baller_Gear does not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address.

Orders are estimated to arrive approximately two (2) to seven (7) business days after they have been shipped from @Baller_Gear Approved Supplier. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.

When your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email. Everything in our store is owned by an athlete, artist or organization. Once items are printed, the athlete, artist or organizations are paid. For that reason we cannot give any refunds on merchandise.
